I was challenged to undertake my research project, obtain empirical evidences from prior research studies, use the appropriate methodology, and complete my thesis in a timely manner. One of the challenges I had was having participants complete the questionnaires, and return them quickly to me. There were participants who did not bother to complete and return the questionnaires given to them. In my analysis of the findings from the surveys, I had to perform the necessary tests to determine the validity and reliability of my findings. I was able to differentiate between quantitative and qualitative research methods, and why it was required for this research to be a quantitative one. The quantitative method for this research reintroduced me to the statistical computation of descriptive data, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the null hypothesis theory, using the IBM SPSS 25 statistical model, which simplify these computations which would be too complex to solve manually. The tenure of the research was time consuming, meaning that I had to use opportunity cost to help manage my time effectively. I was able to complete each chapter of my thesis within a reasonable time frame as requested by my advisor. I certainly hope that this will be just the beginning of other research projects to come in my career path.
